Kasetsart University Archive Database, initiated on the occasion of the 72nd Anniversary Celebration of the Founding of Kasetsart University, is carried out successfully with the collaboration of the 4-campus library network. The objectives are to systematically collect the archived documents from 4 campuses of Kasetsart University and to arrange the archived documents being available in the electronic archives (e-Archives) to meet an international standard. At the same time, the Kasetsart University Archive Database preserves and arranges the convenient accessibility to the records in order to promote the Kasetsart University archived documents to the general public for the benefits of education, research, and university management.
Objectives
1. To standardize the information system for the university archive for collecting the archived documents from 4 campuses
2. To systematically manage, collect, preserve and arrange the convenient accessibility to the records under the same standard
