Privacy policy

1. Personal data

Personal data means “information related to a person that can directly or indirectly lead to an identified or identifiable person, but not including information of a deceased person.

2. Automatically collected data

“Cookies” are data we send to your web browser. When cookies are used, our website can collect or store your data until you leave the site or delete “cookies”. Using “cookies” allows you to have more convenience when browsing through websites because “cookies” recall the websites you visited. When you visit our website, we automatically non-personal data using technology such as Cookies and an operating system of web server. Part of the cookies we use belongs to Google Analytics, and the data collection of which is in accordance with Privacy Policy of Google Analytics

3. How we use automatically collected data

We may use the automatically collected data on the website to tailor a content, to do market research, to analyze data, and to manage systems. For instance, we use the collected data to help us understand how the site is being used, and it can show if you have visited our website or if it is your first time. Such use complies with our legal obligations and procedures including compliance to relevant industrial standards. We may use automatically collected data for other purposes upon specific notification at the time of collection.

4. Use of your personal data

The use of your data shall be in accordance with our privacy policy. When using the website, you consent to the use data in the manner and for the purposes set out above which aim to facilitate your website use and improve service quality. We use Google Analytics to analyze how users visit websites incognito and track your session. Google places Cookies at (_ga) with a client code randomly generated in your browser. Such code is not identifiable and does not contain personally identifiable information such as emails, phone numbers, and names etc. We also transfer your IP address to Google. We use Google Analytics to track website-related activities such as time spent on the website. 5. Duration of storage

We will store your website usage data for 14 months.

6. Data deletion

You can contact us and file a request if you wish to have your data deleted. We have rights to reject requests made in bad faith, unreasonable requests, requests that are not on legislative terms, and unpractical requests. If you do not wish your browsing history to be stored by Google, please delete cookies at your (_ga) or configure your Internet browser and install Google Analytics program on your browser. The program does not use Google Analytics on web browser.

7. Protection of personal data and privacy of users

8. Personal data protection policy of other websites

This personal data protection policy is applicable to the use of our website only. If you visit other websites, even if this is made through links contained on our website, you shall study and comply with the data protection policy on each of the websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or of other websites.

9. Improvement to the personal data protection policy

We will regularly review the personal data protection policy so that it is consistent with our practice and the applicable regulations and laws. The policy may be subject to change on the website without prior notice. The most recent date of amendment is on the bottom on this page.

10. Website security measures

We realize the importance of website security to protect your personal data against unlawful destruction, loss or alteration and against unauthorized disclosure or access, we use Secured Socket Layer (SSL) in our website security protocols. SSL provides a high degree of security: SSL encrypts data that is transmitted across the web. Anyone who tries to intercept the data being transmitted are not able to decrypt or use the data.

11. Technology enhanced security

Apart from the aforementioned security measures, we also use the following high technology to safeguard your personal data.

Firewall is a software that permits an authorized or approved person to access. We have also installed Scan Virus Software onto the Server.

Cookies are small files that stored data temporarily on your computer to improve web browsing experience and increase the speed of communication. However, we realize the importance of your privacy, so cookies are avoided. If there is a need to use cookies, we will carefully consider such use and take security and privacy as priority.

Signing out after use is highly recommended. If you forget to do so, you will be automatically signed out in due time for your own security.

12. Security recommendations

Although we have technological standards and high security measures intended to safeguard your personal or confidential data against unauthorized access, there is no security system to date that can fully protect your data from unauthorized destruction or access. Therefore, you should follow security recommendations.
